Discover the calm and joy of stand-up paddleboarding in the gentle waters of Lake Caldonazzo, guided by experienced instructors from the Centro Nautico Alle Barche.

This beginner-friendly experience is designed for those who want to try something new in a safe, inclusive and fun environment — no athletic skills required.

• 🕘 Meeting time: 10:00 AM at Centro Nautico Alle Barche (Via Lungo Lago, Calceranica al Lago)

• 🌊 Location: Lake Caldonazzo – calm area near the nautical center

• 🏄 Difficulty: Easy / for beginners

• ⏱️ Duration: approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes

• 👨‍🏫 Guidance: Certified instructors will provide basic techniques, safety instructions to accompany you throughout the activity

💡 What to bring:

• Swimsuit or comfortable quick-dry clothing

• Towel and change of clothes

• Sunscreen and water bottle

• Water shoes (optional)

• Waterproof phone pouch (optional)

The experience includes a short warm-up on land, followed by a calm water session where you’ll learn how to stand, balance, paddle, and enjoy the moment — with no pressure and lots of support.

Ideal for individuals, couples, and small groups looking to reconnect with nature and themselves through movement.

All equipment is provided.
Suitable from age 10 and up. Participants must know how to swim.
